Introduction
Within Corterum, it is possible to view data in two basic ways:
Firm view | Person view |
Viewing data such as disciplinary proceedings relating to all members of staff within your firm. | Viewing data such as disciplinary proceedings relating to an individual within your firm. |
01. Firm view
To view all data held on a particular issue for all members of staff, follow these steps:
Select Workbench from the top menu.
Select Datasets from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Choose the relevant dataset from the list, for example the Statements of Responsibility dataset.
In the viewing pane on the right-hand side of the screen you will see all records which fall under the chosen dataset which exist in relation to the firm.
Note – you can collapse the viewing panes if you need more space to view the data.
If you want to add another dataset (i.e. add a new Statement of Responsibility), just click on the ‘Plus’ sign next to the dataset title at the top of the screen.
02. Person view
To view all of the datasets associated with an individual member of staff, please follow these steps:
Select Workbench from the top menu.
Select Entity database from the side menu.
Select People from the drop-down list of Entities.
Choose the relevant member of staff from the list that appears
Select the Datasets tab on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select the dataset you’d like to view for your chosen member of staff .
A full history of all records of that dataset type which are associated with the relevant individual will appear in the viewing pane to the right of the screen.
The best way to think about this view is that you are viewing a ‘virtual pile’ of paper – all filed chronologically.
A full audit trail detailing all changes to the dataset is provided in the lower portion of the right-hand side panel.
Some of the panes to the left of the screen can be collapsed if a larger viewing area is required
