If you a re looking to view or amend these details and you don't have access to this section of Corterum, contact your Tenant administrator within your company.***
To update your payment method that you use within Corterum, you'll need to follow a slightly different process, depending on whether you currently pay by invoice or credit card:
Credit card: follow instructions below.
Invoice: Send an email to [email protected] and one of our team will assist you.
Changing payment details
To do this you:
Log into Corterum as the Tenant administrator.
Click the hamburger menu at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Click on Billing Dashboard icon.
Click SUBSCRIPTION on the left hand side menu.
You'll see your current card details shown on the screen.
To amend these, click the EDIT button on the right hand side of the screen.
You can then input your new credit card details - and then click SAVE.
