Updating your payment information

How to view your subscription details and billing options

***NB - this section is only accessible to the main 'Tenant administrator' account. This is usually the person who initially set up Corterum. If you a re looking to view or amend these details and you don't have access to this section of Corterum, contact your Tenant administrator within your company.***

To update your payment method that you use within Corterum, you'll need to follow a slightly different process, depending on whether you currently pay by invoice or credit card:

Credit card: follow instructions below.

Invoice: Send an email to [email protected] and one of our team will assist you.

Changing payment details

To do this you:

  • Log into Corterum as the Tenant administrator.

  • Click the hamburger menu at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  • Click on Billing Dashboard icon.

  • Click SUBSCRIPTION on the left hand side menu.

  • You'll see your current card details shown on the screen.

  • To amend these, click the EDIT button on the right hand side of the screen.

  • You can then input your new credit card details - and then click SAVE.
