Viewing or changing your billing administrator details

How to change the details associated with your billing administrator account

***NB - this file contains details of a section within Corterum that is only accessible to the main 'Tenant administrator' account. This is usually the person who initially set up Corterum. If you are looking to view or amend these details and you don't have access to this section of Corterum, contact your Tenant administrator within your company.***

When you first sign up for Corterum, you are asked to create an initial account - this in your primary billing and account contact - otherwise know as a 'tenant administrator'.

If this needs to be changed - it can be done, but only by the current tenant administrator.

If you no longer have access to that tenant administrator account - please email [email protected] or hit the 'chat' button at the bottom-right corner of the app and one of our team will be happy to help you.

If you do have access, and want to change these details, you would:

  • Log into Corterum as the tenant administrator

  • Click on the hamburger menu on the right hand side.

  • Select 'Billing Dashboard'.

  • From the menu on the left hand side of the screen select ABOUT.

  • You'll see the tenant administrator contact details displayed.

  • To edit these details, click the EDIT button on the right hand side.

  • Change the details that you need to change.

  • Click the SAVE button.

  • Your changes have now been saved.
