Cancelling your Corterum subscription

How to cancel your Corterum subscription and the rules around cancellation if you're thinking of leaving us.

***NB - this section is only accessible to the main 'Tenant administrator' account. This is usually the person who initially set up Corterum. If you are looking to view or amend these details and you don't have access to this section of Corterum, contact your Tenant administrator within your company.***

If you're thinking of leaving us, we'll be very sad to see you go!

However, if you do want to leave, we've made it easy for you to let us know,

To do so:

  • Log into Corterum as the Tenant administrator.

  • Click the hamburger menu at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  • Click on Billing Dashboard icon.

  • Click SUBSCRIPTION on the left hand side menu.

  • Scroll down to Cancel my subscription.

  • Click the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTON button

  • Confirm you want to do so.

Your subscription will be cancelled at your monthly renewal date (shown under days until expiry) on this screen. You'll be able to carry on using Corterum until your end date.
