General

The “Conduct Rules Training” visualisation within Corterum enables users to see, by reference to each CALENDAR year, which members of staff have, and have not, received training on the Conduct Rules (as required by COCON 2.3.2G).

The first visualisation takes the form of a donut. Staff who have completed Conduct Rules training during the course of the calendar year are presented as a green segment within the donut. Staff who have NOT completed Conduct Rules training during the course of the calendar year are presented as a red segment within the donut.

Easily see which staff have, and have not, completed Conduct Rules training

If you hover your mouse over a segment of the donut a pop-up will appear, telling users how many staff members are included within the segment in question (both in terms of an absolute number and expressed as a percentage).

If you click on a particular segment of the donut, a second visualisation appears. This provides a further breakdown, providing insight into – in relation to the group that either has, or has not, received Conduct Rules training – the extent to which that group is comprised of Senior Manager, Certification Staff or Conduct Rules staff.

Clicking on a segment provides a breakdown of those who have received training

Clicking on a segment of the second visualisation causes a third visualisation to appear. This third visualisation provides information – by reference to the SM&CR classification of the individuals with each segment of the second visualisation – exactly when Conduct Rules training was provided within the previous 12 months.

Clicking on the second visualisation provides information about WHEN Conduct Rules training was provided

Where does the information come from?

It is important to know the exact data points the Corterum system relies upon in order to create its visualisations. Only if this is completed properly and completely will users benefit fully from the visualisation. The table below details the data points used to create and populate the Conduct Rules Training visualisation.
