As part of the SM&CR, staff subject to the Conduct Rules are required to receive training on the Conduct Rules. This section serves as a useful way to evidence your team's understanding of the practical implications of their Conduct Rules training. To do this:
Log into Corterum.
Click Workbench and then Datasets.
Click SM&CR, then Conduct Rules and then click on The Conduct Rules and my role.
If you, or anyone on your team that you have access to, have created a a record before, it will appear here, listed under the relevant Person entity.
To edit an existing record, click on it, and when the pop-appears, select EDIT and follow the steps below.
To create a new record, click on the plus (+) symbol.
A new pop-up window will appear.
First, you need to identify which Person Entity the record applies to, by choosing the relevant person from the dropdown list under "The Conduct Rules and my role" at the top of the pop-up.
You can then proceed to fill in the details of the Conduct Rules that apply to you, and their practical implications for your role. For each Conduct Rule to which you are subject, you'll need to make a new entry (a new 'line' in the table). Fill in the table as follows:
Date: Select the date on which you became subject to the Conduct Rule - or the date on which you are recording this information.
Conduct Rule: Choose from the dropdown list the specific Conduct Rule that you are making a record for,
What it means in the context of my role: Use this text box to record your understanding of how the Conduct Rule affects. or impacts how you carry out your role.
Expectations of me in these circumstances: Use this text box to record your understanding of the expectations placed on you under this Conduct Rule.
Reasonable Steps I could take: Use this text box to record your understanding of the 'Reasonable Steps' you could take in your role to follow this Conduct Rule.
Status: Use this dropdown to record the RAG status of your progress in following/implementing those Reasonable steps you've outlined.
Deadline: Use this date picker to give yourself a deadline to achieve those Reasonable Steps.
Comments: Use this text box to outline any context or comments you have on your progress.
Documents: This section allows you to upload any supporting documents to demonstrate your understanding of the role. Click on the button to attach documents.
If you want to add more than one Conduct Rule to the record - click the 'ADD ROW' button and repeat the steps above to fill in the details.
Once done, hit 'SAVE' and then 'CLOSE'.
