By default, Corterum does not send email reminders to users about their tasks, so you many want to send an email to users to encourage them to complete tasks.

Sending an email task reminder to all users:

If an important task deadline is approaching, you may want to send all users a task reminder via email. To do this you:

  1. Click ‘Administration’ on the Corterum home screen and then click ‘Task Management’ on the left side of the screen.

  2. Navigate to the task you want to send a reminder for.

  3. Click the three horizontal dots next to the task and then click ‘Send Email Reminder’.

  4. Click ‘Confirm’ if you are sure you want to send an Email reminder to all users who have been assigned that task.

  5. If you decide that you do not want to, click ‘Cancel’.

Sending an email task reminder to specific users:

In many cases you will only want to remind specific users to complete a task. To do this you:

  1. Click ‘Administration’ at the top right of the Corterum home screen and then click ‘Task Management’ on the bottom left side of the screen.

  2. Navigate to the task you want to send a reminder for.

  3. Click the three horizontal dots next to the task and then click ‘Open Task’

  4. Navigate to the field below ‘Deadline’ where the list of users is, then locate the user you want to send a reminder Email to.

  5. Click the three horizontal dots next to their username and then click ‘Send Reminder Email’. Click ‘Confirm’ if you are sure you want to send the Email.

  6. If not, click ‘Cancel’ then ‘Close’.
