As an administrator or a manager who assigns tasks to others, you will often want to check that these tasks have been started or completed.
To do this you:
Click ‘Administration’ at the top of the Corterum home screen.
Click ‘Task Management’ on the left side of the screen that comes up.
Consider how you want to locate the task that you want to status-check. There are many ways to do this and the best way depends on your objectives.
Searching by user – If you want to check the status of all tasks assigned to a specific user or a group of users, the best way to do this is to search by user. To do this, navigate to the right of the ‘Task Management’ screen and then click the box that says ‘filter by users’. A drop-down list will appear. Click on all users whose tasks you want to status-check. This will bring up all tasks assigned to them. Navigate to the task(s) you want to status-check and then click on the three horizontal dots next to it. Click ‘open task’ and then look below the ‘Deadline’ field-where you will find the completion status for each searched user.
Searching by Task Title – If you have assigned the same task to several users, you will often want to check whether each user has started or completed it. To do this you click on the search bar located in the top right of the ‘Task Management’ screen, and then type in the title of the task you are looking for. When the task comes up, click on the three horizontal dots and then click ‘open task’. Look below the ‘Deadline’ field and you will see the list of users who were assigned the task and their task completion statuses.
Filtering by Deadline or Priority – You may also want to filter assigned tasks by their deadlines or priority levels. To do this from the ‘Task Management’ screen, simply click on the arrow near either the ‘Priority’ field or the ‘Deadline’ one. You must then choose whether to sort them in ‘ascending’ or ‘descending’ order’. When filtering by priority or deadline you will usually want to sort them in ascending order so that the highest priority and most time-critical tasks rise to the top. When the task you want comes up, click on the three horizontal dots and then click ‘open task’. Look below the deadline field and you will see the list of users who were assigned the task alongside their completion statuses.
