In Corterum, you can upload various types of documentation, in order to provide supporting evidence or records for various aspects of your compliance processes.
We covered how to upload documents here, but in this article we're going to show you how to view, download, archive, and unlink documents. There are three places in Corterum where you can interact with documents:
At a dataset level.
At an entity level.
At a company level.
Dataset
Log into Corterum.
Navigate to the dataset you want to upload documents for.
Click on the dataset instance that the document will be uploaded against.
A new pop-up will appear
Click Edit
Scroll to the Documents section.
click the document button.
A new pop-up window will appear.
Here you can see and interact with any documents that have been linked to this instance of the dataset (scroll down to the bottom of the instance to see the Uploaded documents section).
Choose the document that you want to interact with in this section.
To interact with this document, click the three dots at the right hand side.
You can then:
Download the document
Unlink the document - removing the link between the dataset and the document (the document will still be linked to any entities associated with it. - see below to learn how to remove that link.
NB - if you want to archive the document you'll need to manage the document at companies level -see below.
Click RETURN TO DATASET when complete.
Entity
Log in to Corterum.
WORKBENCH
and then ENTITY DATABASE
and then select PEOPLE, BUSINESSES or REGULATORS from the dropdown at the top of the screen (depending on the type of entity you're looking for).
Find the Entity you want to upload documents to in the list and click on them.
You'll see a window to the right with several tabs - select the DOCUMENTS tab.
A list of documents linked to that entity will appear (if any have been linked).
In this section you can:
See the Type of document.
See the file name in the Name section
See the file's Description.
See the Document date
Hover over the red icon to see the entity, dataset and company associations in the Links section.
Hover over the (i) icon in the Audit section to see when the file was created, and details about the last time the file was modified.
Use the Actions section (the three dots) to modify the files. You can:
Download the file to the computer.
Archive the document - removing it from all linked users, entities and companies.
Company
To see all documents associated with the company you would:
Log in to Corterum.
Click WORKBENCH,
and then DOCUMENTS.
A list of all documents that have been uploaded and linked to the company you have logged into will be displayed (if any have been created).
In this section you can:
See the Type of document.
See the file name in the Name section
See the file's Description.
See the Document date
Hover over the red icon to see the entity, dataset and company associations in the Links section.
Hover over the (i) icon in the Audit section to see when the file was created, and details about the last time the file was modified.
Use the Actions section (the three dots) to modify the files. You can:
Download the file to the computer.
Archive the document - removing it from all linked users, entities and companies.
