To add a profile picture to a person entity, follow this process:
Head to the ADMINISTRATION tab.
Click on ENTITIES.
Click the three blue dots on the right-hand side of your chosen entity.
Click Open Entity.
You'll then see a menu containing all of the entity's information.
To enable you to change the entity's profile picture, click EDIT.
Then, click the "Select file" button under the Profile Picture section.
Your system's file browser will then open.
From here you can select an image to upload (Note: the file needs to be either a PNG or a JPEG, and the file size limit is 10mb).
Once you've selected your image, click SAVE.
To change an existing profile picture, the process is the same but the "Select file" button in step 7 will be replaced by a "Replace file" button.
To view an entity's profile picture with the rest of their information, follow these steps:
Click WORKBENCH.
Click ENTITY DATABASE.
Select the name of the entity you want to view
You'll now see entity's profile picture displayed alongside the rest of their information.
