To create a custom Consumer Duty report, follow these steps
Click on WORKBENCH and click CONSUMER DUTY
Click on Custom Reports
Click CREATE NEW
You'll then see three tabs where you can configure the report
Select fields
Click ADD FIELDS
Use the Select Section dropdown to pick the section from which you'd like to select a field
Use the Select Field(s) dropdown to pick as many fields as you would like from this section.
Click UPDATE
You can repeat this process as many times you like to create your desired report.
Configure
This section allows you to rearrange the order of the fields in your report, which you can do simply by dragging and dropping the fields.
Generate
Select whether you'd like to generate the report for all products or a selected product(s)
Choose whether you'd like to save this custom report as a template
When you're happy with your choices, click GENERATE
Once a custom report has been created, you can view it from the Custom Reports menu whenever you need to.
